Shaanxi Huijiawei Information Technology Co., Ltd. provides computer systems design, software development, technical consulting, and related professional services. Specific service terms will be outlined in individual contracts.
All intellectual property rights in our deliverables, methodologies, and proprietary tools remain with us unless explicitly transferred in a signed agreement. Client data and confidential information remain the property of the client.
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may incur service suspension.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the liability. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information disclosed during the course of business. This obligation survives termination of our business relationship.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual contract. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation or, failing that, through the courts of Xi'an, Shaanxi Province.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
